Shipping Policy
Many things can come into play when shipping orders. Busier times of the year will take longer to ship. We normally estimate 12-20 days. It could take less, it could take more. There are no guarentees for time it takes for us to prepare and package your order. We ask that everyones be patient and kind. Your order will get to you.
Once shipped, time will vary once in the hands of Canada Post and you can track your package through CanadaPost.ca using your tracking number.
Paradise Pads by MP Studios is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Buyer is provided with shipping carrier and tracking number within shipment notification email. Buyer is responsible for communication with shipping carrier to track down lost or missing packages. Shipping insurance is recommended.
Paradise Pads by MP Studios is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check your address to ensure it is correct before ordering. If an order is returned to Paradise Pads by MP Studios due to incorrect shipping address, buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship package.
When ordering a pre order along with regular items, all items will be shipped when pre order is ready. To avoid this, buyer can make seperate purchases.
